p_ev1.jpgBCAs will receive an initial seed funding to start the organization. After it is organized, a BCA's goal is to motivate local business owners and upcoming young professionals to be "partners" in BCA programs; this partnership includes funding and providing affordable manpower for the organization. At the end of 5 years (or earlier) local business "partners" will contribute up to 45-55% of the total budget. BCA's main objective is to be able to survive and continue the program implementation in the event and/or when international funding is not available.

BCAs to have sold and good work place policies and programs, advocacy, training and services for workplaces to be ready to implement, and most importantly, to have implemented a solid audit program to evaluate and confirms results of the effort made by the organization.

Additionally to provide vast experience in working with large organizations either as a benefactor or donor in building its "membership" programs.
