Models for Support Mechanisms

Project Planning
ABCA to identify and recognize the person and / or organization in a given country to initiate a BCA. ABCA as an organization that can assist to organize and select programs, recruit and train personnel for BCAs in Asia countries.

Resource Mobilization
ABCA to source needed funds as seed money for new organizations in Asia Countries, and also to encourage and and support current existing BCAs, including necessary funds.

Material Development
ABCA to create a "guide book" tailored for each individual country's specific needs and to provide a "guide book" for the organization to flourish and to be self sustained in 60% of all its basic financial needs within 60-72 months. This "Guide book" shall include all aspects of BCA operation management and financial control tools.

Monitoring and Evaluation
ABCA to evaluate and certify each BCA annually for the qualification to continue receiving fund allocation. This certification could be atilored to meet specific donors' requirements.
To combine both "Thailand Business Coalition on AIDS" & "Myanmar Business Coalition on AIDS" programs as the basic product platform for ABCA "products" at the onset and continue to study. research and develop life changing programs that are internationally recognized.
